I can see why the stars are so low. Very unprofessional. Was referred by my immunologist months ago. Got a text saying they received my referral and would text me when they made a decision. I received another text quite some time later saying they were declining to see me. I have never in my 15 years of having healrh issues see a practice run like this. This is also not the first time I've been referred to rheumatology and I have never been "declined".
Dr. Saway has been helping me for years, and Mary Catherine is the best Nurse Practitioner on this earth. Bree and Tammy they have always been cheerful, and great. The ladies in the Lab are great and professional. Mrs. Taleya has always help with my insurance company to help cover my medication and I am so thankful for her. They have a cheerful staff and willing to help.👍👍👍👍👍
