Lamentablemente nunca atienden las llamadas y cuando las atienden te dejan en espera por más de 20 minutos para luego trancar la llamada vuelves a llamar y es lo mismo.
The phone rarely gets answered and all mailboxes are full so you can't leave a message for anyone either. Otherwise the staff seems great!
Edit: Since opening a new unit on the backside of Winter Haven, the ability to speak with someone and get stuff done has increased so much .. One thing I can always say with this office is that they do listen to their patients and try to figure out a way to fix things.. *** I love the doctors.. especially Ms Jennifer.. however, getting your scripts sent in when they should be is very difficult. Every month I have to call over and over for my pain medication.. they say allow up to 72 hrs but even when you call 4 or 5 days in ... read more
I have been going to Dr Torres for 10 years. i started off with him and loved him. He said why don’t you try Jennifer you will love her. So I did. This is when he was in Sebring. Long story short had an appt with Jennifer a couple of months ago and was tokd she was leaving and going to their Winter Haven office she hugged me goodbye. The nurse asked me who I wanted to see. I have been going to the Avon Park office for almost 4 years now. My nurse practitioner Jennifer Mariani, her MA and staff were wonderful and took very good care of me and I always recommended their office. She is now in their newly opened office in Winter Haven and everything changed. I have many complaints now. The phones are never answered. Calls are not returned.
