This is a response to Brian who asked when it was going to reopen. This practice closed. She is on to another venture. (Not rheumatology) She left her patients with no notice and if you ask for your records you will probably receive about 50 percent of them. In the last months of her practice, she and her staff (her family) lied about making appointments for her patients to other specialists and ignored current treatment plans. Please find a new rhuematologist and run away if she shows up in a new specialty.
Not a review, but does anyone know when they will reopen? I'm almost due for a shot.
My first visit seemed to go well, as the NP was caring and compassionate about my symptoms, but then after a couple visits, my appointment was canceled due to an emergency, then the office closed due to air conditioning problems, then again due to communication system being down. If the NP has health issues as I am reading in some of the other reviews, then I am sympathetic to that, but there was no communication to say that, or that the practice is closed or any recommendations for alternate providers. Inresponables, su esposo me hablo mal, nunca tienen los documents atiempo, no es doctora es medicina practica, , siempre tienen problemas para despacho de medicamentos y papeleo. No la recomiendo.
I am glad I read the reviews. I had contacted the office some time ago to get an appointment as a new patient. Finally a man called me and hung up on me after saying the office he was with and I mentioned I had tried to use their website as the first contact to get an appointment; it wasn't working. Did not call back that day. Finally much time passed, he called. I asked if he would give me time to get out of my car and get to my calendar (I had just arrived in my driveway) and call me back.
