A stunning doctor. He is empathetic, diligent, caring with a calculated approach. He applies clinical knowledge and experience to solve your problems. If you have a chance to be Dr Starr's patient consider yourself as a fortunate person because he is one in a million.
Dr.Starr very simply put is a star! Takes the time necessary, sincere, patient at explaining and ultracompetent. I was referred to him and it was supposed to be a single consultation, since he was maxed out on patients, but I asked and he took me on , despite his incredibly busy schedule. Such a nice human being!
