The nurses at the infusion center are awesome! Kind, patient and friendly. The whole practice is well run and organized. Dr. Lu is kind and a great listener along with being extremely knowledgeable about my illness.

My experience has always been very good with respect to in office appointments. Reception is very good and my appointments are pretty close to on time. If I have any complaint is that it is impossible to get the "right" person on the phone to resolve any type of problem which is more complicated then a yes or a no. I have found everyone in the practice to be pleasant, efficient and helpful once contact is made--I do use the portal, but it is not designed to make decisions about medical issues which can be handled on the phon... read more
