🤮🤮🤮Very bad experience. I called to make some changes to my appointment, and they were extremely rude and hung up on me. The receptionist was clearly in a bad mood and had no intention of helping. After booking, I was bombarded with emails and texts asking me to fill out tons of forms, and they even tried to charge me an extra $35. I honestly don’t understand how this place has good reviews—feels like they paid people to leave them, because this was a terrible and unprofessional experience from start to finish.
Natalia is incredible and would love to recommend her to other clients - what an incredible energy and healing hands. She’s truly one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever experienced. She truly cares about her clients and holistic wellbeing .
