When hospital ordered the machine it came right away. After that the customer service was terrible. They don't answer the phone at lunch time and it takes more than 30 minutes for them to answer if you are lucky enough to get someone at all.
Poor customer service- not able to trust their ability to do their job safely- thoroughly check them out before doing business with them
I can not recommend this company, I will never use this company again. Their equipment is sub standard so are some of their employees. Beware!
Save yourself time and aggravation and choose another medical supply store. These people use rude behavior to try and hide the fact that they don't know what they are doing.
My mother has tried to get a portable oxygen machine since Dec.2013. They filed her claim under a 1996 WORK COMP carrier settled in 2002. She has tried for TWENTY SIX MONTHS to get them to correct this. I made 1 phone call, asking what I had to provide from my mother to discuss her account, amazingly it had all been cleared up. Now Medicare has taken the account away from them and she has to start all over. Nice Job!
This company is awful, poor customer service, did not get our equipment when we was told, would never use this company again!
Customer service is disgusting--most un businesslike person I have ever talked to. Fought everything I asked. All I asked for was a receipt to be faxed to my doctor.
Absolutely horrible customer service...,waiting on a delivery of a breathing test ordered over a month ago!!! Now, they ask me to pick it up.
Worst customer service ever. Slow, slower, and slowest!! Never call you back. Didn't follow through with requests. Kept you hanging with what ever you wanted to know. Supposed to be Medicare certified contractor. I think the government is already into Obamacare service with this company.
