Ronald Haight 6 reviews a week ago NEW Reported to medicare.i will not stop till you refund Medicare for every penny you stold.all equipment was returned in person at Lawton office.?because Problem with machine left me without over a month and would not return my calls so I went elswhere..I promise I will not back off till you make rite with medicare. My oxydgen leval droped to very dangerous leavil.without machine. .you did not seem to care.
I called and these people were no help. I had to find the answers by myself.
I don't understand the bad reviews on this place. They have bent over backward to help me, staying late when I missed my appointment. The staff has always been pleasant and gone out of their way to make sure that I am taken care of.
When hospital ordered the machine it came right away. After that the customer service was terrible. They don't answer the phone at lunch time and it takes more than 30 minutes for them to answer if you are lucky enough to get someone at all.
I love dealing with all of them!!! They are kind, courteous and very knowledgable! They treat me like a friend rather than a patient!
I’m a Vietnam vet, treated at the Long Beach VA Hospital, require home oxygen. Quest has been my home oxygen provider for the past years. They brought out a home oxygen concentrator, which they come out regularly and service. They also provide me with all the various portable oxygen tanks, different lengths of tubing and nasal cannulas or masks. They deliver to my home every Monday like clockwork. My physician referred me to this business. I have never had to purchase medical equipment before and did not know what I was supposed to do. I followed the advice of my physician and went to Oxygen of Oklahoma. The manager there was not in the least friendly...in fact was rude and acted as if I were stupid for not knowing what I was supposed to do. I would not recommend going to this business. Poor customer service- not able to trust their ability to do their job safely- thoroughly check them out before doing business with them
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Was in their store 3 days in a row trying to rent a hospital bed. Even though this was fully covered by Medicare and Supplemental Care insurance I was treated in a very condescending, rude and insulting manner. I am over 70 and cannot remember when I have been treated so poorly. They do not know the word, "thank you" or "please" and always ended our encounter with a disingenuous "hope it works out". I went to another source in Springfield with absolutely no hassle, insults in less than 5 minutes.
