This is my first time using cpap & I was lucky enough to have Doris of Rotech for my appointment. She demonstrated on the actual machine as she walked me through all I needed to know. The fitting of the mask went just as smoothly. She was superb! I had a lot of questions, all of which she answered. I left there in no doubt about setting up & using my machine, as well as cleaning, supplies & follow up appts.
