Our tech , Chad Harris, that came and set all the equipment up was thorough and understandable. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood every detail. This guy is top notch!!!

THE nicest folks to deal with. From Shannon and Janice in the office and others to the cool gents in the warehouse. My experience with them has been nothing short of amazing. Even the techs that come out on a Sunday night, Frank, to exchange a faulty oxygen condenser after a power surge crippled the one we had well, is just fantastic. These folks are there when needed.
