Awful company
Greg delivered equipment for us. He thoroughly explained the operation and maintenance. He called when he was on the way to our house and arrived within five minutes of the time he said he would be there.
Gotta rave about the Rotech technician who brought me my first oxygen tank 8-19-25. He was so personable. Took his time and explained every operating instruction in terms I could understand. Even re-explained to my daughter in law at times. He was so funny and kind. Having a new medical issue and being kinda scared of the whole thing, having someone like Vernon come in and reassure you was very much appreciated. I hope corporate makes note of this and makes sure Vernon knows how valuable he is.
Greg was very informative extremely courteous and showed us all about how to use our little portable oxygen unit and gave us some tips about how to proceed in the future Greg we appreciate you thank you very much Richard and pepe Pearson
They came out on the weekend, late at night and Greg was the man who set it up and did an awesome job. Told me how to operated the machine and when and where to get refills.I was very impressed by the way he handled everything!
