I had a really good experience with Heather today. She was very helpful in getting an order entered for me with a fast delivery and was also helpful in explaining some of the questions I had about the order I will be getting. She was very professional and courteous.
We had a wonderful experience with the PAP specialist at Rotech. Doris was absolutely amazing and took the time to go through everything in detail. She explained the equipment clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure my wife felt comfortable and confident before leaving. We truly appreciate her patience and professionalism.
If you have a question, expect to wait at least 20 minutes before someone answers the phone. They are extremely busy taking care of the thousands of patients who are calling or coming to their office in Sping.
Doris did a great job explaining everything needed for the machine. I loved that she as well spoke Spanish and was able to communicate well with my mother. I’m marvelous with her patience and dedication .
