It is impossible for me to be able to explain how WONDERFUL this Medical Supply company is in Plainview. I have been a client of oxygen and CPAP supply companies in three different states. Without question, the most thorough and efficient service has come from Joy and her colleagues at Rhema Medical in Plainview,TX. Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Drive to Lubbock!!!!
I had COVID pneumonia back in December of 2021 and was sent home with Oxygen. I had to pay $147 to pick up the equipment and then found out that my insurance paid 100% (still waiting on the refund)…. I returned the equipment in January but they continued to bill my insurance (May and they are still billing it). In April they showed up at my door and said the Dr ordered an overnight oxygen study.
