Jacob was excellent…. Well informed, made sure my husband understood what needed to be done dealing with his oxygen machine…….
I was informed that NO REFUNDS are given for an APAP/CPAP machine if you purchase it. I contacted them after being referred by my cardiologist. So make sure not to purchase any Rotech Healthcare products. Only then can you get a refund on any deficient or inadequate products.
So my husband was discharged from hospital with O2 tank. First time to use one. I had a couple of questions so called & spoke with Sylvia. She was very helpful & nice. Answered my questions. We decided it might be good to have a 2nd tank. She said I could pick one up . Went to their Irving location. Monique greeted me at the desk. Very nice & got the tank for me. She showed me how to set it up & use it. Just wanted to thank these two ladies for their nice customer service!
Feven has excellent knowledge of the product. She was very patient and kind and very effective in explaining how to use the equipment. Would highly recommend her.
A big thank you to Monique Mitchell. She always help me and my wife when we need to exchange tanks. She makes it easy to get in and get out. She always has a smile and a great attitude.
