My wife has been with Rhema Medical for 5 years with her CPAP machine and supplies. This week her CPAP machine started whining with the motor going out. We called the Irving facility, and they told us that she was due for a new machine in 6 weeks and they could do nothing for us. Not even a loaner. Further calls to them with messages went unreturned. Drivers don't have the common decency to at least pull into a valid area to park blocking not only a fire lane but the entrance that I have to take to get to my office, please do better you are being represented poorly here
