This place is the best! Charles was incredibly kind and helpful. I never felt like I was being up charged or dodging sales pitches. He spent around 45 min diagnosing two phones for me. One he cleaned up and cleared for action and the other he spent a while longer running diagnostics on. He laid out the options and explained the situation. He said that while he could replace the battery, he’d really recommend trading in or making an insurance claim. The diagnostics were free of charge.
