This cottage was the most peaceful, amazing little corner of the world. We took a weekend with our family and couldn’t have asked for a better stay anywhere. It was clean, cozy and welcoming. Erick answered every question we had, and our stay was perfect. The scenery surrounding the cottage is incredibly beautiful. The beach and the dunes make it a perfect place to stay, relax and enjoy time together. Will be booking the cottage at the same time next year.
I had such a great relaxing weekend at this cottage! I’m local to the area and it was just perfect for a little mini vacation. Everything I needed to cook was provided, all trash, paper goods and towels were provided. Erick was an amazing host with plenty of experience. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a nice getaway. The weather wasn’t the best but the dunes are just a step away and so is Lake Michigan. The neighbors are all very quiet. If I could give more that 5 stars I would!
Amazing cozy cottage with a great location! The house backs up to silver lake sand dunes and is a 3 minute walk to a private beach of Lake Michigan! Everything was clean and freshly stocked and in good repair. There is a optional pedal cart you can rent which is really fun! You can't get a much better place to stay at for your trip to the lake or the dunes!
This place was so good for our small family!! Our only thing was that the beds weren't super comfortable. They weren't bad but... not being home and then me being pregnant could've also been a factor. The sofa, kitchen table and all the pillows were very comfortable so that made up for it. We loved the area and ease of access to the lake and sand dunes! Not a far drive to the resort town either. Great for our active family.
