I’ve experienced an unresolved mold issue in my unit’s bathroom ceiling and vent since July 19. Despite multiple follow-ups, the response has been slow and unclear, with no proper confirmation of mold remediation. If you’re thinking about moving here, DON’T. They will advertise all the amenities space but you will never use it. If you tour this place, you won’t see why this place isn’t crowded, the courtyard, the dog park, the roof. Why? Because it’s swarming with mosquitoes. Front desk employee is a terrible employee. Absolutely does not know his job, took "moving in", sitting in the chair, showed nothing. Opened the gate, closed it a second later, had to do the circle again and wait for it again for another 15 minutes. Then we loaded the loading dock and guess what, that elevator wasn't going to our customers, we had to get everything back out and carry everything across the street to another door. The reviews other than 1 star are fake. This building is absolutely atrocious. Starting with management which is an absolute nightmare. AVOID GOOSE MANAGEMENT. The amenities are all broken and the roof is only open for parts of the year. The building is so poorly staffed. The apartment was not ready upon move in day and there are massive flaws with the building including a pipe that burst that affected dozens of apartments with flood damage.
