Ravi is the best. Super knowledgeable, fair pricing, and he takes the time to explain the repair work after it’s completed. The best quality about this shop is they will not try to sell you anything you don’t need. I used to live in Moraga and went to Ravi for years, now I live a few towns away but after some bad experiences with other mechanics, I am exclusively coming back to Ravi for my repairs. He is better and cheaper than all my other mechanic experiences. Highly recommend!
Ravi at Rheem Valley Auto is fantastic and well versed in his automotive knowledge. My girlfriend and I have been using his shop for both our Nissan Sentra and Ford F-150 for quite some time now. Always thorough in explaining details and timing on maintenance. After unsuccessfully searching for the correct parts, Ravi, was able to get the right fit on an idler pulley for the truck. Happy to have mine back and the help and support from him and the rest of the crew.
