Continuous issues with a hot water system, their warranty process and after sales service is despicable and is a disgrace. After a technician visited a property in Plumpton Victoria, he didn't even check the hot water before leaving. Company took another 4 days to send someone out to finally do the job only to want to charge a preauthorization twice.
