Shameful service and product. Stay away!Do yourself a huge favour and stay far away from Rheem. I bought a premium 325 Litre Rheem Solar Hot Water System for $6,000, and it has completely stopped working after just 5 years. For a system this expensive to completely fail so early is disgraceful.To make matters worse, when I called their warranty service line to get it fixed, they charged my credit card fir service charges and charge me again without my authorisation. Just over 1 yr old hot water system failed. The warranty is trash, no offer of a trouble shoot on the hotline, just an expensive call out at my cost. So googled it, fixed it. Confirmed won't be calling rheem for anything ever
