Absolutely amazing service! Huge thanks to the technician Nathen and the electrician Jack. They completely shattered my old impression of big brand companies being difficult with warranty replacements. They arrived early this morning, replaced our hot water system, perfectly updated all mandatory valves, and neatly re-did the plumbing and wiring. Our storage hot water service was replaced today by the Rheem team, including Nathan, Lachlan and Anthony on ticket 918456. They were all very professional yet approachable, and able to answer all of our questions, and very competent. We would score them 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.
Lift your game Rheem, purchased 315l electric water tank on 5th May 2026, and here we are today, 29th May 2026 (24 days) and I’m without hot water cause the element has decided it doesn’t want to work anymore, yeah it has warranty, but we don’t have hot water for a few days, had to get it changed to get the hot water back, sold me a dud Rheem, not happy.
