Very shocked I’m having to make this review. But they been treating my husband bad as patient. Since he been going there, it’s been impossible to get refills on any of his medicine. We have to call repeatedly every day for over week. Still not the first text or call back. Then we even talk to 2 or 3 people on phone and explain we been leaving messages for the nurse for refill, we complain to office manager and his nurse practitioner he is seeing. Doctors are great but they have a very rude receptionist so just pray you don't get her when you visit.

So after moving here we thought we had found our new family Dr. Unfortunately we were wrong. But fortunately we found Rhea Medical Center. Not only are they closer, they listened to my concerns and addressed them. I spent 18 months trying to get to a good place with my last doctor and it never felt like they heard or cared about me. My prescriptions were always wrong from a quantity and frequency perspective. These folks for it right from day one.
