The people at RHD have always exceeded my expectations.
I’ve gotten 2 sets of tires in the past 5-6 years and I won’t go anywhere else. Service is prompt, easy to schedule, prices are fair and the staff is always friendly. I had an issue with my Ford lugnuts and twice faulty replacements and George stepped up and replaced them both times at no cost. He was easy to work with, always available when I called and very apologetic even though none of this was the fault of RHD.
These people can't drive they drive to fast in a 35 zone then cut me off because I was actually going the speed limit
Huge shout out to RHD Tire! It is probably their busiest time of year and I was on the docket for 2 cars that day so I had a good opportunity to observe. With a full waiting room of customers, the staff, and George in particular who was fielding the calls with amazing patience — on top of attending to customers, and managing the garage, handled everything with incredible grace and professionalism.
