I went in for warranty work as 3 of my tires had splitting in the sidewall. I asked for them to be inspected for warranty. The shop started the work without my explicit approval and billed me $30 for the mounting and balancing of each tire, $90 total. George (have never really had a positive interaction) at the desk told me that the tires would be covered under warranty and I left under the impression that we were even after paying the $90. I've been recommending RHD to friends for years as they're known for great pricing and professionalism. Paid for rebalance, noticed it hadn't been done. Went back in for a correction, the tech acted annoyed. Checked the work after and found it subpar. Called back to ask about the work and was left on hold until I finally hung up. Not a good look when you don't have basic competence in your core function. I'm not recommending RHD any more.
Hands down I like this place for tires. Top notch. I've been to a few places for tires just like many other drivers. Very pleased with how well they cleaned my aluminum rims for my new tires. Best seal longest lasting seal I've obtained for my aluminum rims. Nobody likes to continuously have to check and air poorly sealed tires. Which we know aluminum rims can be fickle with Michigan weather. Big thanks to RHD team!
