I had the good fortune of winning a top of the line Toto toilet by entering a giveaway drawing I saw in an advertisement during the Super Bowl 2026! RHD plumbing did live up to their name, reliable, honest and dependable. Their employees are very courteous and let you know what is happening every step of the process, Kali was fabulous to work with as far as design ideas, staying in touch every step of the way, making sure this project was finished in a timely manner and that I was 100% satisfied with the outcome, and I am. This bathroom is my dream come true and I cannot wait to enjoy it on a daily basis!!!

I have been using RHD for years. They do exceptional work and are very professional. I had a recent issue and Lori took the initial call and was very knowledgeable and set me up with a tech to promptly address the situation. Billy came to the house and began the repairs. Before he finished, he was careful to explain what was going on and why the issue occurred. I was very pleased with his knowledge and additional thoughts on ways to prevent further problems. Have had good experiences using RHD-called Lori today for a leaky outdoor faucet and Billy came over quickly and took care of it. Several months ago we had an after hours emergency that I was able to work through with Patrick over the phone. Appreciate the quick responses and kind staff!
