Review in Progress... Fun observing RHC builders on the architectural masterpiece they are orchestrating by hand on the sand. Work hours are posted. No noise was heard on weekend. All permits are posted on site (nice). Workers were congenial and most fit (I realized I must be in Santa Barbara). Wall was in and gate in progress. Construction site was monitored via camera---like the street. Minimal to no trash left on site. Workers parked in designated orange cone areas.
