Rhapunzel's is the perfect small town salon. Cindy Adams is so very talented and good at understanding what you're trying to describe to her, even when you're not very good at describing. She's incredibly knowledgeable and always provides a very homey, friendly, relaxing experience, and great quality for a good price.
