I've been searching for gluten free natto for a long time, so it was such a blessing to find this company. My order arrived so quickly, the ice was still frozen! Clearly packaged with care. I emailed them a question and they got back to me right away. Great customer service and great products!

I have eaten natto in my Japanese family since I was a child. This is a high quality product. Not dried out at all. I especially like that it is produced in the USA and not shipped frozen solid. I like eating it all ways but love it with a dab of mustard, sliced green onion and grated daikon. A bit of soy sauce or a dash of salt.

Mix all ingredients(pressure cooked and mashed soy bean, Koji and salt) then let it sit as long as you want. Aging period is up to personal preference and what type of miso you make. I usually let miso sit a year. After a year, still rice grains remain so I use food pr... read more
