Ola and Sana have been nothing less than great. I have been coming to her for a year and a half now. I hit a pretty bad period in my life and was struggling with alcohol on top of it. Ola helped me come to terms with myself, discovered the reasons behind excessive drinking and has gotten me to be accountable and aware of my alcohol intake. I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist whose name is Sana. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a lack of professionalism. The receptionist was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive when I asked questions about my appointment. It was clear that they lacked accountability and didn't seem to care about ensuring a smooth experience for clients. Sana and Dr. Ola are highly passionate about their practice and have been extremely supportive and professional. I have seen many different practices and doctors, but nothing as great as this one. I have been dealing with dual diagnosis conditions since my early 20s and Dr. Ola is highly educated about the disease of addiction.
