The Rhapsody is a beautiful venue for a wedding. Rita was wonderful from the first time we met with her. She was so helpful by recommending caterers, bartenders and where to obtain an insurance policy. If I had an idea, she did everything she could to make it happen. The garden was perfect. Awesome venue for our wedding reception. Not only was it gorgeous, but it was a perfect size for what we were needing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and took care of everything for us. We had them do the flower arrangements for the hall and the centerpieces, and both were done in plenty of time and looked excellent. The extra room was perfect for the food and beverage area, not to mention the bar area in the garden for a quick and drink and break from dancing. From the moment we walked through the doors a year ago, we have been so excited for Tracy s wedding day. On October 27, it was spectacular. Rita was such a delight to work with. She was as excited as we were. We were made to feel like family. Debbie Brown made our day run smoothly and without complications. I have recommended this venue to everyone I know. It is such a gorgeous space. Thank you all so much for everything you did to make Tracy s day so special. The gardens were beautiful. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Our daughter got married on May 26 at The Rhapsody. This is a beautiful venue with very accommodating owners/family who helped make this such a joyful day. We wanted an outdoor wedding venue where we could have the reception at the same site. The garden is beautifully landscaped for an outdoor wedding and the inside is beautiful as well. This place is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I hosted a dinner at the venue and I must say that the staff were all very nice and helped me throughout the entire evening. I had looked around at other venues in Independence, but this one was hands down the most affordable AND I didnt have to do much decorating because the site is beatutiful on its own.
