The service RHACS performed was done in record time, shceduled ow the very next day, Donavan the service technician was very knowledgeable, Curtious, perfessional. He took the time to explain what was wrong with our unit to my wife and when called to thank him for a job well done he took the time to inform me as well on what the issue was with our furnace and answered additional questions on how to use and maintain the system. Please advise your drivers not to tailgate vehicles so they don’t have to bolt into the other lane to avoid an accident when the vehicle in front of them brakes to make their turn. If they deny the situation it is recorded on cameras.
I used them for a service call many years ago, and I've recommended them ever since. I just had them install a new furnace/AC at my house and I couldn't be happier. Very professional and good communication.
