Management is terrible to the people that work the floor. Surprise 16 hour shifts, most of the time they don't even try to find relief. They clearly don't value or care about their low-level employees, I can only imagine what they think of the people they support.
I know people that won't to work and some of the employees knows this,they really don't won't that Position fill.because they won't to work.overtime,some of the worker,have it together outside of the job.ive know other people have to help them with there Position I'm willing to work the position cause I have POSITION for that job.willing to work over time.and most of the worker knows this.i wonts to work.do short transportation. Some of the head people do no care about staff on the floor. They don't realize without staff in the home their would be no RHA
