I was a patient for 3 years my therapist switch jobs and I was transferred to a different therapist my appt was canceled 3 times and everytime it was rescheduled a month later the last time it was canceled I called the office and no one answered I left voicemails and no one ever called me back at one point I was calling every day and leaving a message and still no reply I was seeing my med dr this entire time until I got a text that I had been discharged for not seeing a therapist
Have helped me for years and other family members. The right counselors really care and help you with strategies on how to cope even if you don't want to take medicine. Would recommend for mental health. I can't speak for the other things they help with drug addiction rehabilitation related as idk anything about that as I never done that stuff. But for mental health most definitely! They also do Zoom over wifi if you don't want to go into office for a session. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
