Have helped me for years and other family members. The right counselors really care and help you with strategies on how to cope even if you don't want to take medicine. Would recommend for mental health. I can't speak for the other things they help with drug addiction rehabilitation related as idk anything about that as I never done that stuff. But for mental health most definitely! They also do Zoom over wifi if you don't want to go into office for a session. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I drop my mother off here for an occasional appointment, every time I see 3 women smoking right outside the ENTRANCE to the building, one of which is visibly pregnant! Its just GROSS. idk who is in charge over there, but they need to get those nasty smokers away from the front door. I mean how do you work for a company with HEALTH in the name and stand out front of the main door SMOKING WHILE PREGNANT. gross.
