My experience was I given wrong information by two front desk female employees, on purpose, possibly. Health Care Businesses are only as "healthy" as the Staff of all employees. I went there for help, received none, I never got passed the gate keepers. When the "gate keepers" are given power, nothing good comes to the client. My visit was 100% disappointing. I just wanted to reach out to someone and notify them that one of their employees absolutely does not stand for or represent anything that your company is about. Amanda Shrum Dills, a caretaker with RHA HEALTH SERVICES, has made numerous very public statements slandering and bad mouthing my family and friends on multiple occasions after the loss of my son, who was diagnosed with Triomy 18.
