I took a day off work to be home for a plumber from another company and they cancelled on me. I called R. H. West and they came the same day replaced my faucet and drain pipe so my day off wasn't wasted. The guys did a great job and the price was fair too. I definitely recommend them!

R.H.West Plumbing arrived at my house to replace 8 shutoff water valves, which were 42 years old. They showed up on time, in fact a bit early, worked straight through with no stoppage, finished in the estimated time and charged the estimated (reasonable) amount. Fast, clean work and completed the work in a real professional fashion, I consider them tops in the area, seriously. We recently used R.H. West to do all of our plumbing and heating work in our recent tear down and rebuild house project. The scale of the project was daunting for us newbies but Bob made the plumbing phase of the project seem easy. He gave great advice, was at or under his quote for every phase of the project, and the quality of work was impeccable. I’ll be a customer for life.

I hired RH West to complete a small plumbing job. I mention this, as often homeowners think they'll get put to the bottom of the list. I sent him an email with pictures of what I needed. Bob was responsive and professional. Communicated clearly when he could come out and complete the job, and showed up on time the day he agreed. I like to spend my money locally with family businesses, they are the cornerstone of our community. Highly recommend
