Eight years ago we went to sk the store to make a copy of my husband’s father’s wedding ring. This was early in the days of same gender marriage and we were often fearful that our reception might be cold. In fact, they were all celebratory, loving and efficient. For various reasons we will be returning soon.
Always an enjoyable experience going in. The owner is wonderful as are the rest of the staff. Excellent service and the repairs are always very well done.

The people who run the shop are incredibly nice!!! Never pushy, always gracious. We’ve purchased some great things there over the summer. Here is the incredible after-story that happened today: The sterling silver lobster clasp on my paperclip chain broke. We called to ask if they could do repairs and replace a clasp, but never even discussed buying it there. I did buy it there, but never mentioned it, bc clasps break and nothing lasts forever.
