Recently went to browse furniture for my bedroom and living room. Initially I was greeted by some friendly staff, who then paired me up with a design specialist. The design specialist acted annoyed at any questions I asked, didn’t offer any suggestions based on some parameters I had given, and essentially just told me to go “look at the website”. Instead of spending any money at RH, I headed across the hall the Arhaus and made all of my purchases from there instead.
Remodeling our home and needed to purchase new family room and living room furniture. Stopped at Restoration Hardware in Tysons. Big mistake, HUGE mistake! First, after being greeted upon entering the store the rest of our time walking around the store was the worst shopping experience. For the amount of money that their furniture cost, you cannot tell me that NOBODY is available. This visit was awful in Sept 2022. They have an interior design team and we had an appt for a guy to conceptualize a room for me. I wasted an hour of time and energy describing what I wanted, and he said he’d follow up only for him to do zero work, big eye rolls. Second associate had to back peddle the next time I came and started fresh with ANOTHER consult. Absolutely not. Total energy vampires.

Good grief this store keeps getting lamer and lamer. The furniture they sell is just 100% not my taste and some of the most boring, bland and Bougie stuff imaginable. Im sure it’s great if you’re content with being aggressively Boring, but personally it’s just not for me
