Good grief this store keeps getting lamer and lamer. The furniture they sell is just 100% not my taste and some of the most boring, bland and Bougie stuff imaginable. Im sure it’s great if you’re content with being aggressively Boring, but personally it’s just not for me
The store and items inside are gorgeous. The staff on the other hand.... This is the kind of store where you walk in and there is a barrage of staff blocking you from browsing. It seems as if you must be accompanied to even dare to look at the couches. They look down on you and make you feel very small. Not welcoming at all. It was a weird experience to feel this level of discomfort at a furniture store? Maybe they are trying to act like the luxury brands a floor below, but, it's not a good look. My experience at RH Tysons has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible team I had the pleasure of working with.
