Drove over expecting a garage to view a car. After driving around for 20 minutes realised it’s a private house in the middle of an estate. Rang only to be told the car wasn’t there and it wasn’t ready until a few days time. What a waste of my time and money. Why advertise it if you’re not selling it for a week and it isn’t even there. I’ll be spending my cash somewhere else
2k spent fixing issues within 6 months of having the car, and poor communication. Bought a Volvo v40 in November 2024. The week after I’d bought it I had an engine light come up. This turned out to be problems with the EGR, which the warranty company would not cover due to being so limited in the scope of issues they pay for. We bought a Chevrolet Aveo 2012 in a condition that we couldn't believe! Looked like it had been just made it was that good! Traveled 3 hours to collect a replacement van for work, van was exactly as described, serviced and cleaned to a very high standard. Lovely drive home, unfortunately a few days later multiple sensors in the engine gave up, communication was excellent with Rahmen, the minor issues were dealt with promptly and now have the van back to full health. The whole purchase went very smoothly and the aftersales care was absolutely spot on, can't ask for more than that! Cheers Rahmen!
