I’m honestly furious. I made more than one lap around the RH showroom at Short Hills and not one person acknowledged me. A woman at the front looked right at me, then went straight back to her phone like I wasn’t even there. No greeting, no offer to help nothing. Visited the RH Short Hills store in Jan-Feb'25 had the pleasure of working with Ashley Bartoszek who patiently worked with us and made the furniture buying experience a joy!! Ashley went out of her way to help us pick right furniture. Will only purchase furniture from her.
Where to start.. we recently purchased a new home and to get ahead of the furniture delivery timeline, we consulted with Shayna in-person and over the phone for a king-sized bedframe, nightstands and a dresser for our master bedroom. When delivery day came, the bedframe did not make it through our door trim into our master bedroom, despite multiple attempts/pivots/rotations by the RH delivery personel. Very poor customer service. I spent 14K on my Family room furniture and am ready to spend more on the living room, kitchen, and more, but ridiculously poor customer service from this location is turning me off from RH completely. Please do not buy or visit this store at all.
