Ricky and his crew jumped right on the repair of my trailer! Great customer service and quality work! I pass through this area frequently and R&H will be my go-to shop in this area.
My water trailer fell apart driving down the road. On of Ricky’s men saw me struggling and pulled over to help. He called the crew and they scooted right over, looked at my trailer, made some calls and told me they could fix it. They hooked it up to their truck and away they went. I picked it up a few days later (on the cheap!) and it is good as new. Highly recommended. Competent and friendly.
Ricky saved our trip. Our brake pistons were shot and he got the parts in and on the next day. He even offered to shuttle us safely back to Ally Springs Campground. Great guy, great service, highly recommend.
Good timely work completed. Slow communication.
