I called to ask about service for my water heater and furnace. The person I spoke was friendly. I was told that because RH Plumbing & Heating did not install my equipment they will not work on it. Apparently they are concerned about any potential warranty issues and do not like to deal with warranty. This was not a warranty call. I only inquired about doing a water heater flush on a 18 month old on demand water heater and a checkup on my 18 month old furnace. Both were purchased from another company.
