What a horrible experience- the customer service was horrid. Walked in and no greeting of any sort or acknowledgment that we customers arrived. Then, walked entire store, perusing some items, and still nothing. Icing on the cake was leaving- STILL NOTHING. Did that just happen... gotta go back and see treatment when other customers arrive. Was it because we were african american and you THOUGHT no money or just what you do?- i imagined as i pulled out of lot in my 850i.
Women there are nice, but the guy is snobby. Next time I’ll purchase from the women. Didn’t appreciate his attitude.
Thomas and Sabina could not have been more friendly or helpful to me during a recent visit. I love the brand and the selection at this outlet is outstanding!
