Great location. I’m a huge RH fan but I know prices can be steep. This location has amazing deals and great inventory.
I was surprised to have such a great experience after reading so many bad reviews. Trust me, those reviews are rubbish! I had the best experience from the two employees on the floor when I visited yesterday. They were very helpful, friendly, not pushy, and informative. There was a great selection of RH furniture. If you are familiar with the RH brand, you know it is not inexpensive. So, the outlet prices are great for RH, still not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I have to say Patricia D. ( who I believe is a manager of the store) is awesome. She was very helpful and polite. Helped us to find the pieces we were looking for, patiently added items to our wishlist . Amazing customer service that is hard to find nowadays.
Prepare to be ignored. They have one sales associate on the floor and she sees that I’m waiting for help at the desk, but she’s on the other side of the floor talking to someone on the phone.
