I had the best experience working with Jesse at Restoration Hardware outlet store! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dining set. His taste is incredible—he literally pulled different chairs from all around the store until we found the perfect match. He has such a great eye for design, was so patient throughout the process, and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. If you’re shopping here, I highly recommend asking for Jesse—you’ll be in the best hands!

I am a repeat customer that has been shopping here time and time again. The amount of times I have witness the store manager Alex be little the team is appalling. My business partners and I love the selection but don’t understand why a company like RH would hire a store manager who doesn’t know how to treat people with respect. As a business owner, I would never disrespect or talk down to my team especially in front of customers.

There was a time that RH stood for something, solid furniture and gorgeous design. The design is very similar in what you find in most other places and the quality is just not there anymore. Years ago tables were made out of wood now it's made out of what they call engineered wood, basically plywood for a $10k table!
