I have an outdoor hydrant repaired last fall. I was having trouble with it. The first time they came out, there were some issues. They came back and dug it up again. Never charged me and were so nice. This winter was extremely cold. I was worried about it freezing but my water ran all winter with no issues. I am very pleased with how they stand behind the work and assured that I was completely satisfied.
Complete bafoons. They came to my house for a cleaning and blew up my furnace, condemned it, then made me wait 10 days without heat in below zero weather to install a new heater. I had to pay $6000 up front. Then they installed a bad regulator, and when I said I went through 100 gallons of propane in a 10 day period in a tiny house they said it was normal and they would put in a second tank. Nope it was a bad regulator. It took over an hour to show up with a 100 gallon tank dumping propane all over the yard ready to blow up.... read more
it's pretty nasty out, and the guy had to hike through about a foot of snow… Not a single complaint and got us up and running again, thank you!
I was concerned about the propane levels in my house with a storm forecast. I called to ask about when they were due to refuel me - not even asking for special treatment - and the truck was at my tank in two hours. My grateful thanks to Brandy and Brittany and the despatcher. Wonderful service.
