After coordinating special insurance coverage, thousands of dollars spent on permits, coordinating with the 36 unit property management, material suppliers, and labor vendors for a 12K telehandler booked months in advance, we received an email saying that the rentals were now unavailable only 4 days away from the start of a 200+ sq roofing project.
