Came home from work to find my outside outlet not working (because of course it would quit in this cold on a Friday late afternoon). Called to see if they had time to take a quick look at it before end of day. Not even half an hour later, Pat was here, had outlet changed out and working, and all dealt with. Muchly appreciated!!!
I was in contact with them about an electrical project a week ago. Today Brock came out to do a quote and I was told they would have no availability until into the new year. Had that been relayed to me earlier I would not care as that’s totally understandable. I have a time sensitive project and a full week to find someone else would have been amazing. Um. Wow. I called this morning around 10:30/11 and shortly there after I received a from Jason. He kindly went over the work I had explained I wanted done (which was verbatim as to how I described it to their dispatch intake ). It’s clear he was extremely experienced because when we were going through what I requested, he not only gave cost efficient feedback but was able to explain in ‘average-joe’ terms to me, how everything would come together.
