I was in contact with them about an electrical project a week ago. Today Brock came out to do a quote and I was told they would have no availability until into the new year. Um. Wow. I called this morning around 10:30/11 and shortly there after I received a from Jason. He kindly went over the work I had explained I wanted done (which was verbatim as to how I described it to their dispatch intake ). It’s clear he was extremely experienced because when we were going through what I requested, he not only gave cost efficient feedback but was able to explain in ‘average-joe’ terms to me, how everything would come together.
