He kindly went over the work I had explained I wanted done (which was verbatim as to how I described it to their dispatch intake ). It’s clear he was extremely experienced because when we were going through what I requested, he not only gave cost efficient feedback but was able to explain in ‘average-joe’ terms to me, how everything would come together.
