Booked my 5-year-old for a 5 with Jose. They called to say he was running late so I showed up at 5:20 and found him still deep in two other clients, with 30–40 more minutes before he'd touch my son's hair. One courtesy call, then radio silence. Apparently my kid was supposed to just stand there and be grateful. The front desk made it worse. No apology. No "let me check." I needed a refresh and searched the entire south Florida area for a salon. I kept landing back on this place so I booked an appointment and they got me in the same day. They introduced me to Lola my hairdresser and wow. She gave me exactly what I wanted and more. The place was clean, super professional and nice people all around. Highly recommended and I highly recommend Ms. Lola
