Came in to research/purchase lighting but no one was willing to assist. I even told a sales associate what I was looking for and she just gave a passive response with no specific direction. And, the store was completely empty.
Rather disappointed that my chandelier effectively puts out no light. It’s on in that picture and I had to tear out some of the ceiling to install it so I’m not sure it’s worth returning.

Had an issue with the couch I first ordered but Thomas made it all perfect. Exceptional service and I love my new couch. Will by more furniture from there and stay away from Ethan Allen!
