We had a fantastic experience with Damaris. She was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Whenever she wasn’t immediately able to answer a question, she took the initiative to find the information we needed and ensured we felt supported throughout the process. She is truly an asset to RH. RH is all about presentation—huge, gorgeous showroom and furniture that photographs incredibly well. At a glance, everything feels premium and thoughtfully designed. But once you get hands-on, the quality doesn’t always match the price or the showroom hype. Some pieces feel a bit underwhelming in finish and durability relative to what you’re paying for. Great aesthetic, mixed value on craftsmanship 🛋️🔍
Came in to research/purchase lighting but no one was willing to assist. I even told a sales associate what I was looking for and she just gave a passive response with no specific direction. And, the store was completely empty.
