Update, 12/2025: In addition to my earlier review, I want to say that my personal trainer, Jenny, has done a great job in developing workout routines customized for me, and in both pushing me to work hard while always checking to make sure that I don't push past my limits. She's a great personal trainer. --------- A really good gym. rgym is a friendly, well-run smaller gym conveniently located across from the rockridge library. my personal trainer, jenny, is an expert with a huge repertoire of great weight-training exercises that i think are especially appropriate for senior citizens. she tailors the exercises to the particular needs and abilities of the client. because her availability is limited, i have been 'on call' when members cancel or go on vacation, once or twice a week for several months. i already feel much stronger and overall much better.
What a great gym. Small and awesome. The staff really care about the clients and make all feel welcome. It is very clean, and organized. Shirley and staff are exceptional. I’m so grateful to have discovered this gem of a gym !
This is the best gym we have ever been to. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. They are conscientious about keeping everything clean and well ventilated. Clients are considerate of others and take turns on the exercise machines. They have personal training as well. Love this place.
