What a great gym. Small and awesome. The staff really care about the clients and make all feel welcome. It is very clean, and organized. Shirley and staff are exceptional. I’m so grateful to have discovered this gem of a gym !
This is the best gym we have ever been to. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. They are conscientious about keeping everything clean and well ventilated. Clients are considerate of others and take turns on the exercise machines. They have personal training as well. Love this place.
I love this place!! As an older woman with some restrictions, I’m confident that I’m getting all the “exercise” I need. A small venue surrounded by pleasant supportive people… Perfect for me!!!
A really good gym. Fully equipped: weight machines, free weights, resistance bands, stationary bikes, treadmills, etc. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and supportive. Personal training is available for a reasonable fee -- I have found it to be very valuable. I'm glad that I found RGym. You will be too.
