RGym is a strong, no-nonsense training space built for people who are serious about fitness and consistency. The gym has a focused, energetic atmosphere that makes it easy to stay motivated the moment you walk in. It’s not overly flashy—just clean, practical, and geared toward effective training. Equipment is well-maintained and supports a full range of workouts, including strength training, conditioning, and functional fitness.
Perfect gym. Has everything you need, and very welcoming relaxed atmosphere.
Convenient little gym. Basically any equipment you could ask for, but you might need to wait for space to open up to use it. Obsessed with cleanliness. That's not a terrible thing, but interrupting people while they work out to mention the cleaning rule isn't just rude but dangerous.

Update, 12/2025: In addition to my earlier review, I want to say that my personal trainer, Jenny, has done a great job in developing workout routines customized for me, and in both pushing me to work hard while always checking to make sure that I don't push past my limits. She's a great personal trainer. --------- A really good gym.
