They have the worst customer service ever. Very rude and so unprofessional, and apparently, they have no respect for their customers.
They guys are hard working I give you that but there service is terrible. I’ve been coming here for pick ups the past 7 months and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you want to wait 3 hr to pick up your tires. The phone dispatcher is very unprofessional as it’s like broken telephone it’s constantly back and forth need to improve on there communication and customer service

One of the best service I’ve ever seen and they have proper storage for your tires with temperature control, this is the right place for your tires!!
They lost my 2 year old snow tires with just 9 months of wear and my new winter rims. Very slow response to trying to fix the issue - brutal communication - absolutely nothing from them I need to initiate all communication. I misssed my insurance requirement window to have snow tires on my car because of this issue. Still trying to get a resolution. Stick with the large tire storage companies who will replace lost tires and rims like Kal Tire and Canadian Tire.
