Such a great community of women who inspire each other to reach their goals while having fun! Workouts are intense but challenge us in a needed way & the instructors just round out the experience with their caring, down to earth & fun approach!
I’ve been going to RGX Fitness for over 6 years and I love it! The instructors are all super motivating and inspire you to reach your own goals! They accommodate women at all fitness levels, and you can go at your own pace. The music, the vibe, and the workouts are always immaculate! Would highly recommend!
I've been going to this gym for almost a year now and it honestly feels like a second home. Everyone has been really supportive and encouraging throughout my fitness journey. The vibe here is always positive, and I’m really glad to be part of this community! Huge thanks to Ruby and all the incredible coaches!
I tried out this gym with a 1 week trial. Most of the equipment is old. The steppers are all cracked and the medicine balls and mats are all duct taped. I also noticed they don’t have a properly working AC. Some of the other girls were complaining about how hot it was and the instructor just apologized saying the AC was on??? It was very hard to breathe in there and they only have 1 small fan on the ground. If you have asthma I don’t recommend coming based on the poor air circulation. I purchased some classes passes for my wife Mary and she is really enjoying the classes! She looks forward to each class… comes home excited about how she's getting stronger and losing weight. Highly recommend for beginners.
