I've never been to a clinic where the receptionist was so rude. My daughter went in as a patient to get seen since she wasn't feeling well. I asked to use the restroom and she right away gave me a dirty look and said "it's for patients only" soon as I said my daughter was a patient she rudely gave me the directions. I wanted to pay the copay for the visit and automatically was told it had to be after the visit even though I was going to head home and let my daughter get seen since I don't live in Alamo my daughter does. I went in with an UTI. They saw me in a timely fashion, very professional, and had a good treatment plan. I was very happy with the treatment there.
Very prompt and thorough, very intelligent and courteous staff 👍
Great customer service skills from everyone. No long waits either. Good hours too. I recommend it.
