If you can get him to come over he does good work. Never got papers from him from work he did to submit to our warranty company. Kept promising to come over with them and never showed up. When he is suppose to come to do a job, doesn’t come when he says, have to keep calling him, doesn’t answer and can’t leave message voicemail is full. Damion came highly recommended. We took our Itasca 35U for resolution of a hydraulic cylinder leak on one cylinder of the living room slide. Being foreword thinking, I contracted Damion for not only the malfunctioning cylinder, but the additional living room slide, and the bedroom as well. The estimate was $1500. Months passed. The update? Rebuilding the hydraulic cylinders failed, because Damion did not make the effort to purge the hydraulic system of contaminated fluid. OK, fix it. I called for mobile RV Repair and he said he would come to us after 5 that day. He never came or called and when I called him he never answered.
Tried to use this business, called set up appointment. Called him back because he hadn't arrived and he said going home to clean up and will right over. Never came or called. I don't have time to call anyone else because we have to move.
We brought our 2001 Winnivago Brave here for a damage assessment. Damian greeted us as we arrived. He was exactly as expected. Very knowledgeable and it didn't take long for him to assess the damage. The vehicle required extensive work, which we knew, and in his opinion, for a bus of this age, it would cost more to repair than the bus was worth.
