I am a TRICARE patient, and while your office does accept this insurance, I encountered an issue that I feel needs to be addressed. The doctor’s wife, who appears to be involved with the office, seemed very uninformed about TRICARE policies and procedures. Instead of assisting me properly, the solution offered was either to have me pay out of pocket or present an alternative form of insurance.
