Great experience. Met the owner he is a cool and understanding guy. Will shop back here again!

If you’re planning to submit cards to PSA for grading, I would not recommend doing it through this store. The communication from Anthony and Patricia is poor, follow-up is practically nonexistent, and the whole process is more stressful than it needs to be. Save yourself the headache and go to GameStop instead. At least you’ll have a more established process for handling your cards.

Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. We had agreed to meet at their store at a specific time, but when I arrived, I was told they were eating at a restaurant 15 minutes away and that I would have to go meet them there instead. No consideration for the customer’s time whatsoever. Communication is poor, and basic courtesy and professionalism are clearly lacking. Very disappointing experience.
